Acceptance and eligibility

Blaze Bids is operated by Blaze Bids, Inc., a California corporation. By accessing or using Blaze Bids, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Dealer members also agree to the Dealer EULA. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information.

Marketplace use

Blaze Bids operates a private exchange connecting vehicle sellers with verified dealers. Users may not misuse the service, interfere with auctions, submit false information, access another account, scrape protected data, or use the service unlawfully. Sellers retain the right to approve or reject a resulting sale as described in the applicable workflow.

Accounts, memberships, and payments

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Dealer access may require verification, approval, an active membership, and a supported payment method. Current pricing and any transaction fee are disclosed during registration and in the Dealer EULA. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers under their applicable terms.

Blaze Bids SMS Program Terms

Program name and sender: Blaze Bids.

Program description: Dealers who separately opt in may receive recurring automated informational and marketplace text messages about new auctions, bid confirmations, and outbid activity at the mobile number they provide.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies based on auction availability and the dealer’s bidding activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After an opt-out confirmation, no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

Help: Reply HELP for help or email info@blazebids.com.

Consent: SMS consent is voluntary, is specific to this program, and is not a condition of purchasing a membership, bidding, or using Blaze Bids. The checkbox is not selected by default.

Delivery: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and filtering.

Privacy: Blaze Bids does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

Content and availability

Site content is provided for marketplace and informational purposes. Blaze Bids may change, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Vehicle information is based in part on seller-provided and third-party information and should be independently verified before completing a transaction.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Blaze Bids disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
